Administrative Assistant
A fast growing company with international sales located in the Cowichan Valley is looking for an experienced, resourceful multi-tasker to work with our administrative group. Self motivated, versatile assistant for various office related applications and familiar with software such as QuickBooks, Maximizer, among others. Must possess excellent computer and writing skills and have internet experience. Full time position located in Shawnigan Lake.

Sales Professionals
We are International leaders in Energy Saving (www.econofrost.com) and Food Safe Lighting (www.promolux.com) for supermarkets. We seek full time, capable, self starter, to work with a team of International Territory Managers, must have excellent writing and telephone skills, must be familiar with various software programs such as Maximizer or similar database, as well as Power Point, Outlook, etc. The positions are based at Shawnigan Lake (Vancouver Island), BC. Ideal candidate has proven experience and is familiar with maximizer type software, telephone and internet marketing, trade shows and distributor networks, must be willing to travel. We are a leader in specialty lighting and supermarket refrigeration, exporting 90% sales worldwide.

JUNIOR SALES PROFESSIONALS
Growth and market development in our North American division have provided the opportunity for expansion. We currently seek two full time, capable self starters to work with a team of International Territory Managers.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written and be familiar with various types of office software such as Maximizer or similar databases, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).

Both positions are based in Shawnigan Lake (Vancouver Island), BC.

ASSISTANT TO THE SALES TEAM
The Assistant to the Sales Team is a highly motivated professional with experience in sales support and customer service. You are familiar with various software such as Maximizer or similar databases, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and Internet related work and research. The chosen candidate will be the consummate professional and have superb communication skills - both verbal and written, and an excellent personality.
This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, passion and positive work ethic. You must be motivated, with initiative and a drive to succeed.
Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written skills
Strong computer and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and be self-reliant
Previous experience in sales support or administration is an asset
Technical interest or training and familiarity with our industry is an asset

Start Date: Flexible start date.
Commensurate Salary: $30,000 /year
